The Giant Fact Book is designed to inform and support the District’s planning activities, outcomes and assessment cycle, grant requirements, mandated reporting requirements, accreditation needs, and other areas that directly support the District's mission. It is a quick and convenient source of information about the College of the Sequoias and is updated annually as data becomes available. We welcome your questions, comments, and suggestions about the content ​​and format of the Fact Book.

 The Giant Data & Research Glossary

The Giant Data & Research Glossary​ defines terms frequently used by the Research Office. These terms include operational definitions of outcome measures such as success rates, enrolled at census, excused withdrawals etc. The glossary can assist users in understanding how outcome measures used by the Research Office are calculated. In addition, the glossary provides with definitions and information about how student demographic groups such as veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, etc. are categorized.
