Excused Withdrawal (EWs)
| Grade assigned when a student is permitted to withdraw from a course (with proper documentation) due to specific events beyond the control of the student making course completion impracticable. EWs are not counted as enrollment attempts. EWs were issued (without required documentation) to any student who requested one during Spring 2020, Summer 2020, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, and Summer 2021 semesters due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
