Late Add Petitions are for adding classes between the third and the eighth week of the semester. Students will fill in the top portion and submit to their instructor for their signature. The form then needs to be approved by the Dean of the department for which class the student is adding. Finally, the form is submitted to Admissions & Records for processing.
