Summer Semester 2026
Laptops will be available to check out for the Summer 2026 semester starting on Thursday, June 4th at the Visalia, Tulare and Hanford campus libraries. They will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Spring Semester 2026
A limited number of Laptops may be available for check-out on a walk-in basis at any COS Library/LRC location.

To borrow a laptop students must
1. Be enrolled in the current semester.
2. Fill out a user agreement at checkout.
3. Present a valid photo ID.
All devices MUST be returned by the end of the semester. No renewals will be given. If devices are not returned by the due date, the student will be charged the full cost of the device. (See the list of fees below).
