COS Football won the bowl game against the Merced College Blue Devils in a thrilling 40-39 overtime victory in December. This win marks the first time COS has won a bowl game since 1991. According to head coach Travis Burkett, “I really think that this is the start of the evolution of the image of this team into a first-class elite program.”
