​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Science Division of the College of the Sequoias is composed of five departments: Biology, Chemistry, Geology/Geography, Physics/Physical Science and Transfer/Non-major Support.   Each department is dedicated to offering the COS student the knowledge and skills to advance to higher studies or to enter the workforce as a trained and well-informed citizen.   Students interested in completing one of the five degrees offered by the Science Division should consult with their counselors regarding course prerequisites and transfer requirements for various universities.
