Students, who are interested in Mathematics and Science, but do not have a specific field to which they want to focus their attention, can choose to complete a degree in University Studies with a Math and Science Emphasis. Additionally, the Division offers several courses that support general education, liberal studies programs, and student interest. These courses include Astronomy, Earth Science, Natural Science, Physical Science, Human Ecology and Plant Biology. Students interested in more information on University Studies should meet with a COS counselor to determine the best sequence of courses to meet their transfer plans.
