COS contracts with Self-Insured Schools of California ("SISC") to provide health insurance for all eligible employees.
 
The medical cap for all eligible COS employees is $16,236.00/year. 
 
  

Medical Plan Options

  
Full-time Faculty/Managers/Confidential Employees
For the 2018-2019 medical plan year (October 1, 2018 through September 30, 2019), eligible full-time faculty, managers and confidential employees have the following SISC Plan options:  100-A ($10/co-pay); 100-A ($20 co-pay); 100-C ($20 co-pay);
100-D ($20 co-pay); or 90-A ($20 co-pay).

Classified Employees
