The District has established an Equal Employment Opportunity Advisory Work Group to assist the District in implementing its Equal Emloyment Opportunity Plan.  The Work Group's focus is to promote an understanding and support of equal opportunity and non-discrimination policies and procedures.  The Work Group  sponsors events, training, or other activities that promote equal employment opportunity, non-discrimination, retention and diversity at COS.  The Work Group is made up of faculty members, classified employees and administrators.  EEO Work Group Agendas, trainings, and other items may be seen below:
