UC Campus Transfer Preparation Paths
For students who wish to focus their preparation on a single UC campus and major the following link will be of great value because they can see the major prep requirements and degrees offered at that particular campus.  What I would suggest is actually printing the handouts and perhaps making them available in your center. You can obtain these at the following link

After Transfer Services available at the UCs.

Don’t let your students wait until transferring to find support at their transfer campuses instead encourage them to find what programs are available for transfer students.  You may also wish to contact these programs directly and let them know that you have students interested in coming to their campus.  http://uctransfer.universityofcalifornia.edu/after_trans.html
