FYI. Bb has a maintenance window Thursdays from 11:00PM to 3:00AM. We don't expect service interruption during these regular maintenance hours, but it is possible.

Thursday, January 21, 2010	4:50 PM	Bb temporarily unavailable. Enrollments removed.	Bb service has been restored. 5:10 PM, 1/21/10.
Thursday, December 10, 2009	1:30 PM	Bb server is unavailable. Bb engineers are working on the problem.	Service restored at approximately 2:15. The outage affected multiple institutions and was not specific to the COS Bb server.
Saturday, October 17, 2009	8:45 AM	Bb is down. Bb engineers are working on the problem.	Bb service was restored at approximately 9:20 AM.
Tuesday, September 29, 2009	10:38 AM		Bb is restored.
Tuesday, September 29, 2009	10:31: AM	Bb was restored at about 10:30 PM last night, but we're down again this morning. We have communicated with Blackboard, and they are working on the problem.
Monday, September 28, 2009	3:57 PM	Bb has been down since approximately 10:00 AM this morning. Blackboard's Managed Hosting Team is currently working to resolve the current issue and they are doing an emergency upgrade to our system that should improve the overall performance. The system will most likely be unavailable until Tuesday morning 6:00 AM 09/29/09.

Monday, September 28, 2009	10:49 AM	Bb is down.	We may have intermittent service until Bb determines the root cause of the problem.
