 Tulare Center, Phase 1 Buildings

The Tulare Center for Agriculture and Technology, Phase 1 project consists of two buildings. The first is a two story 86,000 square foot facility that will be mostly funded by the State of California . College of the Sequoias will be contributing $3,500,000 toward this project. The building will contain an several state of the art classrooms and laboratories including Science labs. There will also be distance education classrooms, a library, cafeteria, bookstore in addition to faculty and administrative spaces. The second building is a single story 14,000 square foot facility where welding and farm equipment repairs will be taught. This project is scheduled to start construction in February 2010 and is estimated to cost $62,700,000. The buildings are scheduled to open for classes in August 2012.
