We offer a wide range of excellent academic and support services with a vision that places student learning and  success as its highest priority.  At COS, you may earn a two-year degree, a vocational certificate, or complete your requirements for a four-year college or university degree or upgrade specific skills.  If you will devote yourself to your studies, you will gain a good education.
