The primary function of the
Tutorial Center is to provide individual or small-group
tutoring to any student who needs and wants to improve
his/her class performance. Students may apply for
tutoring at any time during the semester, but the sooner,
the better the opportunity to make significant
improvements in your study.
Location
The Tutorial Center is located on the first floor of the LRC/Lodgepole.
Who is
eligible?
All students who are currently enrolled in the class in
which they need to be tutored.
What
does it cost?
There is no charge. You need to give it your time and
cooperation.
How does
it work?
Simply come to the Tutorial Center
and sign-up. You will be scheduled with a qualified tutor
to meet with you on a regular basis, at times that won't
conflict with your class schedule. Tutors are available
for most classes
What are the hours for
the Math Tutorial Lab?
Monday thru Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
How
often may I meet with my tutor?
You will be scheduled with one hour
appointments. You may sign up for one hour per day and
may meet with a tutor two times a week per subject. With
prior approval from the Coordinator, more appointments
per week may be scheduled.
