An introduction to basic real estate terminology, laws, and
procedures.
211185 REAL ES 145 REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL
Real Estate 145 is an introductory course in basic residential
appraisal techniques emhasizing the cost, market and income
approach of appraisal. This course is part of the course work
necessary for the California Real Estate Broker's Examination.
Advisory on recommended Preparation: REAL ES 140 or equivalent
college course with "C" or better.
