IV. Public Comments:

· -Frank Trejo: ASB workroom rules, keep noise level down, clean, and don't be talking to student workers

· -ASB made $201.82 profit from the August 14 & 16 BBQ

· -Frank Trejo: turn in schedules and personal data sheets

· -Item A: Open Board position/senators/committees Chair: Frank Trejo Commissioner of Publicity Vince Aflague stepped down from his position. Therefore this position on the Executive Board is now available along with senator and committee positions. Fill out the application and it is due the beginning of Tuesday Aug. 28

· -Item B: Club Social Chair: Michael La Vrar

· Event is taking place on September 18 from 3-5 p.m. in the Student Services patio area. This event consists of gathering all club advisors and club members (maximum 5) to gather together and socialize. ASB will be hosting the event.

· -Item C: Club Rush Chair: Michael La Vrar

- Event is taking place on September 20 for 10-1 p.m. All clubs are invited to participate and gather in the quad area to promote, recruit, and sell food for there club.

· -Item D: 9-11 Event Chair: Samantha Perry, Co-Chair: Michelle Harmon

- Event is taking place on September 11. Committee was set and will meet to plan the event.

· -Item E: ASB T-shirts Chair: Johana Avila

- The purchase of the T-shirts for the ASB class members will be done next week. The total cost for the t-shirts will be $285.12.

· -Item F: Constitution Day Chair: Michael Navarro, Co-Chair: Sarah Burros

- Event is taking place on September 18. Committee was set and will meet to plan the event.

· -Item G: Open House Chair: Frank Trejo, Co-Chair: Matt Durham

- Open House will consist of tours around our COS campus and a BBQ. This is a community event for all new and prospecting students.

· -Item H: DRC Day Chair: Nalor See, Co-Chair: Madison Fragoso

- Event is taking place on October 25 10-2 p.m. It will be hosted by the Disability Resource Center. It is for students to be aware of the different disabilities our fellow students are challenged with.

· Item I: Homecoming Chair: Griselda Gomez, Co-Chair: Elizabeth

- Event is taking place on September 29-0ctober 2. This event IS III celebration of the COS homecoming.

· Item J: Bank Event

- The bank (located upstairs on the COS campus) would like the ASB to discuss some ideas for a HUGE event to be thrown on the campus. The bank will fund the event but it is up for ASB to coordinate and put on the event.
