    Ethical behavior affects what happens in the workplace. This training provides the opportunity to evaluate ethical behavior and what’s appropriate and what’s not. A 3-step method is introduced to help participants in recognizing ethical behavior.
  • Managing Personalities
    We each have an array of personality qualities captured in our own unique color spectrum. Uncover your personality traits and the team you manage so that you can foster an environment of understanding and collaboration.​
  • Generational Diversity
    With several generations in the workplace, it’s more important than ever to understand how to work across generations successfully. This training will help participants to better understand the generational personality of each group and gain knowledge on how to work productively as a team.
  • Emotional Intelligence
    This workshop will reveal the competencies of EQ and guide you through specific activities to increase your proficiency in each competency.
