The FYE lab is a place for students to study, use in lab laptops, access a print/copier, use in lab textbooks, schedule appointments with counselors, make overnight checkouts, ask general questions, and see their Peer Mentors.

 

The FYE lab is located in the Sycamore building, in IM107.

​Textbook Checkouts

The First-Year Experience Textbook Loan Program allows students attending COS to use textbooks for 5 day periods. Students not currently enrolled in an FYE Learning Community must show a current Student ID to check out textbooks. Textbooks are limited to availability.  

Laptop Checkouts

The First-Year Experience Laptop Checkout Program allows FYE students attending COS and currently enrolled in a FYE Learning Community to use latops for 48 hour periods.

 

All checkouts are made in the FYE Computer Lab; however, if the lab is not open, returns may be made in the FYE Office.
