Computer Helpdesk

​​Staff at the Computer Helpdesk can be contacted at 730-3743. For after hours assistance, leave a detailed voicemail including your name, Banner ID, and description of your problem and we will return your call the next business day.

Computer Helpdesk Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30a - 8:00p

Friday: ​7:30a - 2:00p

Located in the Learning Resource Center (Lodgepole Building) is an area for students who need to write or print papers, access Blackboard courses, email or do other academic work. Included in this area is the Computer Helpdesk. Staff at the Computer Helpdesk can assist you with a wide range of issues including resetting student Blackboard and COS email passwords, general questions regarding Blackboard, Email, or Banner Web, and document formatting.

Instructions for Logging on the Learning Center computers

Equipment Available:
  • 108 PC Workstations with Windows 7 Professional
  • 2 scanners
  • Printer:  Black/White - $.10 per page    Color - $.25 per page
  • No Pornography/Nudity real or animated
  • Under no circumstances will software brought in be loaded
  • No children shall be left unsupervised or allowed to use the computers
  • Keep food and drink away from the computers
  • Those students not conducting academic work can be asked to leave

Students violating these rules may be asked to leave the Learning Center. Those students who wish to continue to violate the rules will be reported to the Dean of Students and will have their login accounts removed.
