COS Debit Card​ by Bank Mobile VIBE

COS has partnered with Bank Mobile VIBE (formerly Higher One). A Refund Selection Kit and Personal Code will be mailed to each potentially eligible student. Kits are mailed to the address on file with the COS Admissions Office so please make sure you keep your mailing address current.  You may do this by logging in to Banner Web and updating your personal information.

Attention: New Students - Kits will be mailed to new students beginning the latter part of June.  If you do not receive your kit, please contact the COS Financial Aid Office at (559) 730-3747.  A representative will request one for you once proper ID verification has been made.

CONTINUING STUDENTS: No action required. There will be no change to your account number, account balance, and PIN.  You do not need to get a new debit card.  Login information will remain the same.

Please Note: There is a $10 fee for lost or stolen activated cards.  Payment is due immediately upon ordering the card.  Students can pay this fee with the COS Debit Card or any major credit card.

Once you receive your Refund Selection Kit and Personal Code, you must go online
to 
www.refundselection.com to select a refund preference.  To get started, you will need to enter your personal code and select one of the options below when prompted.

  • Electronic Deposit to Another Account
  • Electronic Deposit to a Bank Mobile VIBE Account - A debit card will be issued to you and you will need to activate card as soon as you receive it.
  • Paper Check delivered by U.S. Mail

Get cash off-campus without paying fees!  You can now use your COS Debit Card at any Allpoint ATM locations located at a variety of stores that include CVS, Target, Walgreens, Kmart, 7-11, Costco, etc.  Visit www.allpointnetwork.com to find ATMs near you.  You may also download the Allpoint Global app to find the closest fee-free ATM near you.

COS has also two ATMs (Cardtronics ATM) located at our Tulare and Hanford campuses.  These are part of the Allpoint Network.  Locations are:

  • Hanford Hub at the Hanford Educational Center
  • Building A at the Tulare College Center
     
 

 Keep Your Bank Mobile VIBE Account Active

 

​You may be required to verify your identity with Bank Mobile.  Once your identity has been verified the process to set up your account will be complete.

Valid Forms of Identification for Bank Mobile  
  • State Driver's License (including state-issued temporary or provisional licenses with photos)
  • State-Issued Identification Card
  • Military-Issued Identification Card
  • Coast Guard Merchant Marine Card
  • U.S. or Foreign-Issued Passport
  • Permanent Resident Card (i.e., Green Card, Resident Alien Card)
  • Student Visa
  • Certificate of Naturalization
If you do not have one of the valid identifications listed above, all the items listed below may be submitted to the Financial Aid Office to verify your identity.
  • Social Security Card
  • Birth Certificate
  • Utility Bill with name and address
  • Signature
