COS Debit Card now by Bank Mobile VIBE

All Higher One accounts used for financial aid disbursements will transition to Bank Mobile VIBE.  This will not cause any changes to your account number, bank card, or PIN.  For more information, visit our debit card page.

We are Open this Summer!

The Financial Aid Office (at all three campuses) will be open this summer!  Starting June 6, office hours will be as follows:

Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 4:45 pm
Friday  7:30 am - 11:15 am

Fall 2016 BOG Fee Waiver Changes

 Effective for the 2015-2016 academic year, students will lose eligibility for the Board of Governors Fee Waiver beginning in the fall 2016 term if they have two consecutive primary terms (summer term not included) of not meeting academic and/or progress standards. For more information, please read brochure below.

Check your Financial Aid Status

Want to know what your status is?  Check your Banner Web account for your financial aid status.  You can confirm that your FAFSA application was received and if there is additional paperwork required. 
 
If it does not give you the option to check your status, please verify that your FAFSA application was processed by going to www.fafsa.gov.  It is your responsibility to make sure all required documentation has been submitted!
 
Where do I go? Once you login to Banner Web, select Student & Financial Aid > Financial Aid > My Eligibility > Aid Year (for the school year you are checking).

  • July 12, 2016: Alternate Payment Date and Loans
  • July 19, 2016: Final day to drop w/no refund and W for Summer Session 3
  • August 15, 2016: Fall Semester Begins
  • August 19, 2016: First Pell Payment
  • August 24, 2016:  Alternate Payment Date
  • August 28, 2016:  Last Day to Drop Full Term Classes with a Refund a no "W"
  • August 31, 2016:  Alternate Payment Date
  • September 5, 2016:  Labor Day Holiday - NO CLASSES; OFFICES CLOSED
  • September 8, 2016:  Alternate Payment Date, Cal Grant, FTSS Grant
  • September 14, 2016:  Alternate Payment Date
