New Federal Update

Starting with the 2017-2018 academic year, all nontax filers and tax filers who received an extension but still have not filed their 2015 income tax return must provide a Verification of Non-filing Letter from the IRS using Form 4506-T or by registering to use Get Transcript Online to download and print letter.  Letter needs to be dated on or after October 1, 2016.

2017-2018 FAFSA/Dream Act Application Filing Open October 1st!

The window to apply for financial aid for the 2017-2018 school year (fall 2017, spring 2018, and summer 2018) has been moved up to October 1, 2016.  You may go to www.fafsa.gov or to https://dream.csac.ca.gov/ to apply for financial aid starting the first day of October.  You will need to have 2015 income information with you along with parent information, if applicable.  Please contact our office if you have any questions.

Check your Financial Aid Status

Want to know what your status is?  Check your Banner Web account for your financial aid status.  You can confirm that your FAFSA/Dream Act application was received and if there is additional paperwork required. 
Where do I go? Once you login to Banner Web, select Student & Financial Aid > Financial Aid > My Eligibility > Aid Year (for the school year you are checking).

  • February 16, 2017: Cal Grant, FTSS, and Alternate Award Disbursement
  • February 17, 2017: Lincoln Day Holiday - NO CLASSES and OFFICES CLOSED
  • February 20, 2017: President's Holiday - NO CLASSES and OFFICES CLOSED
