Torreya Edwards

Women's Assistant Coach

Coach Edwards grew up in Corcoran and Hanford. She played four years of varsity basketball in high school, one at Hanford and three at Corcoran, winning two Valley titles and making three appearances in the championship game. She played college basketball at College of the Sequoias, Fresno Pacific, Northern New Mexico and San Diego Chris-tian. She has bachelor's degree in kinesiology and elemen-tary education. This is her first year with the COS women's program, and she also coaches the eight-grade girls team for La Joya Middle School in Visalia. Ken Ruby

Women's Assistant Coach

Coach Ruby grew up in Visalia and attended College of the Sequoias. He has a bachelor's degree from Fresno State and taught elementary physical education for 17 years. He's been coaching since 1992. He has coached teams locally in Visalia, Exeter and Woodlake, and he even coached in New Zealand. He the COS women's program last year. He lives in Visalia and has a wife, three children and one grandchild.

 

Doug White

Women's Assistant Coach

Coach White is one of the area's most successful high school coaches, and his experience is unquestionable as he is well known for his teams tireless work ethic, solid funda-mentals and preparation. This is his third year with the COS women's program.
