​Excel 2013: Beginning

Getting Started With Excel! This course covers basic functions and features of Microsoft Excel 2010. Starting with an introduction to spreadsheet terminology and components, students will learn how to use the Help system and navigate worksheets and workbooks. You will enter and edit text, values, formulas, and pictures, and save workbooks in various formats. Students will also move and copy data, learn about absolute and relative references, and work with ranges, rows, and columns. This course also covers simple functions, basic formatting techniques, and printing. Finally, create and modify charts, and learn how to manage large workbooks.

This is a not-for-credit course.
As such, you will not earn units and the class will not be reflected on your banner schedule or on transcripts. As a not-for-credit course, Financial Aid cannot be used to pay for or offset the costs of this course.
