The above services are offered during scheduled class sessions and in one-on-one and group tutoring hours.  Services are available to all students.

The Language Center is in the Kern building on the Visalia Campus.

The Language Center has 28 computers, individual work spaces, and tables for collaborative work.  The staff at the Center are available during scheduled class sessions and also during open lab hours to help students.

English and ESL students who have classes in the Language Center are required to complete curriculum throughout the semester.  Students have the opportunity to work independently, in groups with guidance from the instructional specialists, or one-on-one with an instructional specialist.

The Center also has many open lab times for tutoring support or as a work space, when all students are encouraged to use the center and to ask for assistance with writing and other assignments.
