College of the Sequoias is proud to be the one of
the newest Digidesign Training and Education Partners. We are now
offering Pro Tools 101 and Pro Tools 110 for those students wanting to
build skills in Pro Tools, or who want to begin working toward their
Certification as a Pro Tools Operator or Pro Tools Expert.
Pro Tools 101 is a sixteen hour course
entitled "Basis of Pro Tools." It covers creating sessions, recording
audio, recording MIDI, importing media, basic editing techniques, and an
introduction to mixing.
Pro Tools 110 is a twenty four hour course
entitled "Essentials of Pro Tools." It covers configuring your studio
and session, external controllers, managing sessions, loop recording,
timescales, editing MIDI and audio, automation, and use of sends,
returns and plug-ins.
To Register:
Fill out a registration form and return it with your
payment to Lori Jones in the Fine Arts Division Office (in the Sierra
Building) if you are paying with check. If you are paying by credit
card, contact Louann Waldner at 737-4838.
