Prohibition of Unlawful Discrimination and Sexual Harassment

COS is committed to providing an academic and work environment that respects the dignity of individuals and groups. COS shall be free of unlawful discrimination and harassment including sexual harassment and all forms of sexual intimidation and exploitation. It shall also be free of all other forms of unlawful discrimination and harassment, including that which is based on any of the following statuses: race, creed, color, religion, gender, national origin, mental or physical disability, medical condition, genetic information, military service, age, sexual orientation, marital status or any other basis protected by law.
